If you have difficulties in managing your eating patterns or weight, Fiona can work with you to explore possible reasons behind this, and support you through any changes which you may wish to make.
Fiona is also experienced in helping people to deal with the after effects of traumatic life experiences, whether these relate to one off events or to long-term exposure to trauma.
Fiona is a member of The British Psychological Society (BPS), The Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA), and The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In addition to her counselling work, Fiona is studying for a PhD in psychology, and her specialist area of research relates to eating behaviours and the psychosocial aspects of weight-loss surgery.
